These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and anim6 ("anim6", "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://anim6.club and its associated subdomains. anim6 is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
1 Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and use of the anim6 Platform is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered Members, and other users of the Platform.
By clicking "I Agree," "Register," "Sign In," or by otherwise accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you represent and warrant that:
- You have read and understood these Terms and the anim6 Privacy Policy;
- You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement;
- You are not prohibited by applicable law or these Terms from using the Platform;
- You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations.
These Terms shall be read together with the anim6 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2 Eligibility & Age Verification
2.1 Minimum Age Requirement
Use of the anim6 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines governing online gaming. Persons below the age of 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game on the Platform.
STRICT 21+ ENFORCEMENT: anim6 implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm age and identity for all Members prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.
2.2 Residency and Geographic Eligibility
The Platform is directed at residents of the Philippines. It is the User's responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is legal in their jurisdiction. Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and may be blocked or have their accounts terminated.
2.3 KYC Verification
anim6 is required under Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Members. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete identification documents upon request, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine Passport, SSS/UMID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, PhilHealth ID). Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed to anim6's satisfaction.
3 Account Registration & Security
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the anim6 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
3.2 Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. You must not register using a false name, fictitious identity, or the identity of any other person. anim6 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided at any time.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and one-time verification codes (OTPs). You agree to:
- Use a strong, unique password not shared with other services;
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
- Immediately notify anim6 of any unauthorized access or suspected breach of your account;
- Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
anim6 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access shall be deemed to have been conducted by you.
3.4 Account Inactivity
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as an inactive account. anim6 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts as disclosed in the fee schedule on the Platform, and to close accounts that have remained inactive for an extended period, subject to applicable Philippine law.
4 Prohibited Uses
You agree that you will not use the anim6 Platform for any unlawful, abusive, or improper purpose. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
- Creating more than one account or registering on behalf of another person;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
- Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering activity or in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments;
- Using any form of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or the Platform in a manner that confers an unfair advantage;
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or bonus abuse;
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any part of the Platform;
- Transmitting any viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the Platform;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing anim6 staff, live dealers, or other members of the Platform community.
Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities as appropriate.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits
anim6 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
5.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method but anim6 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within one (1) business day. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next available business day.
5.3 Currency
All transactions on the anim6 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). anim6 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency or cryptocurrency.
Important: anim6 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal, including requesting additional identity documents or source-of-funds documentation, in compliance with Philippine AML laws and PAGCOR regulations. Large withdrawals may be subject to additional processing time.
5.4 Transaction Errors
In the event of a credit error — whether resulting in an erroneous credit to your account or an erroneous debit — you agree to cooperate fully with anim6 in correcting such error. Any funds credited to your account in error remain the property of anim6 and must not be used or withdrawn. anim6 reserves the right to reverse any such erroneous credit at any time without prior notice.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
anim6 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific bonus offer, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus amounts credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "20x wagering" means the bonus must be wagered twenty times before withdrawal). anim6 will clearly state applicable wagering requirements on each promotional offer.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
anim6 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming a bonus using multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms, or other conduct that anim6 determines constitutes an attempt to manipulate its promotional systems. In cases of suspected abuse, anim6 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the relevant account(s) pending investigation.
6.4 Modification and Cancellation
anim6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any such change shall not adversely affect the terms of a bonus already credited to a Member's account.
7 Game Rules & Fairness
7.1 Game Rules
Each game available on the anim6 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the Platform's help section. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet. Placing a bet constitutes your acceptance of the applicable game rules.
7.2 Random Number Generation
All electronic Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games offered on the anim6 Platform use certified RNG systems from licensed game providers. These systems are independently audited to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulable by either the Player or the operator. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed within the game information section of each title.
7.3 Live Casino Games
Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in licensed studio environments. Game outcomes in live games are determined by physical objects (cards, dice, roulette wheels) and are not subject to electronic manipulation. Video feeds are provided in real time to Players. In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a live game session, the hand or round in progress may be declared void and bets refunded at anim6's discretion.
7.4 Malfunctions
Malfunction voids all pays and plays. In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, anim6 reserves the right to void bets and refund the relevant stake amounts. anim6 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from a game malfunction, system failure, or interruption of service.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on the anim6 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, game content, user interface designs, and written materials — is the exclusive property of anim6 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of anim6.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, anim6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings;
- Loss of data or information;
- Business interruption losses;
- Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or service interruptions;
- Any acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or technology suppliers.
The total aggregate liability of anim6 to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Member to their anim6 account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section shall operate to limit or exclude anim6's liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) or other mandatory provisions of Philippine law.
10 Responsible Gaming
anim6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its Platform, consistent with its obligations as a PAGCOR-licensed operator. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Members:
- Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through the account settings section;
- Session Time Reminders: Optional alerts notify Members after one, two, or three hours of continuous play;
- Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods of 24 hours up to 30 days;
- Self-Exclusion: Members who believe they may have a gambling problem may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion through the anim6 support team, available 24/7;
- Loss Limits: Members may set caps on the maximum amount they may lose within a given session or time period.

11 Privacy & Data Protection
anim6 processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the anim6 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data shared with PAGCOR, financial institutions, and KYC service providers as required by Philippine law and regulation. You retain all rights afforded to data subjects under the Data Privacy Act, including the right to access, correct, and object to the processing of your personal data.
12 Account Suspension & Termination
12.1 Termination by Member
You may close your anim6 account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any eligible remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC and AML checks.
12.2 Termination by anim6
anim6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms;
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behavior;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Discovery that the Member is under 21 years of age;
- Court order, PAGCOR directive, or other legal requirement;
- Conduct that anim6 reasonably believes poses a risk to the Platform, other Members, or the integrity of games.
Where an account is closed due to fraud or breach of these Terms, anim6 may forfeit all balances associated with that account. Legitimate balances in accounts closed for other reasons will be returned to the Member in the ordinary course.
13 Disputes, Governing Law & Jurisdiction
13.1 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the anim6 Platform, you are encouraged to contact the anim6 customer support team in the first instance. anim6 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal complaint. For disputes that cannot be resolved through internal channels, PAGCOR provides a regulatory escalation mechanism for players of licensed operators.
13.2 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13.3 Jurisdiction
You and anim6 agree that any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceedings in the Philippines.
14 Amendments to These Terms
anim6 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Members via the email address or mobile number registered with their account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of such changes, except where more immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR directive.
Your continued use of the anim6 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account pursuant to Section 12.1 of these Terms.
The date on which these Terms were last revised is displayed in the header of this document. You are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms to stay informed of any updates.
